It was an iconic and spotless hotel. In an exceptional location, 15 minutes' walk to train. I loved my well heated room. Staff seemed corteous making your stay very lovely. Beautiful facilities and the pool was nice.

The staff did all they can for a great stay. The location was extremely convenient, relatively near quebec city convention centre.

Friendly staff, GREAT food, prime location. Beds are amazing. Adjacent to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Thoroughly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Champlain, it was good.
